I am going to make it my life's mission to deliver this game to your mobile device! While technically you can play it on mobile right now, it's probably not going to be an enjoyable experience without a comfortable keyboard.
I think porting the game to an entirely different system would be a no go, but if you need a reference Mosi has touch support (plus room map) from the get-go.
Oh hey, this is amazing!
When I saw someone make a Voynich bitsy game, I didn’t expect it would have this many rooms.
I admit the ambient soundscape, while fitting to the manuscript, feels a bit annoying-creepy (especially the long beeping sound) when listened through a long stretch of time (which 110 rooms definitely demand). This is just me, though.
I don’t want to sound too negative. This is some cool work!
We greatly appreciate your feedback and I am so happy that you've taken the plunge into the sublime beauty of the Voynich!
I've taken your feedback into consideration and am offering a version sans audio within the downloads. I hope that this improves your experience and that you'll consider giving it another go. :) I can see where the music might scratch the itch for some but alienate other players who want a more contemplative experience.
So you're a Jabberwocky fan and know something about the Voynich Manuscript? I am stunned!
Once upon a time we didn’t have good bookstores in town, but I found Project Gutenberg. The txt and html books were small enough to download with slow internet (like 1-2kb/s) so I read random public domain books. Voynich was something else. I didn’t get whatever it was, but it was fun flipping through the images.

Whoa, this looks awesome! Can’t wait to try it out!
Hope you enjoy it!
Wish it had mobile support :+

Give me some time and we'll figure it out. :)

Funny you mention that as my mind also went to that Mosi tech demo for a possible solution. I might see about scripting that into Bitsy!

Sounds like you received a masterful education!
