Flatland Escape Room

Created for the Clicker Jam Spring 2023 (theme: another direction), this short game is set in the two-dimensional realm of 1884's Flatland: A Romance of Many Dimensions by Edwin A. Abbott.  What happened to our Flatlander protagonist after getting locked away for daring to speak of the third dimension?  Your only hope for escape is to venture into this mysterious direction, once again.

This game is played entirely through the use of the left mouse button.  Click the protagonist A. Square to summon your old acquaintance, the Sphere, and pray that you make it back in one piece.

Hint: Try clicking on A. Square repeatedly and watch as a fleet of Spheres from the third dimension come to your aid.
