"The Beautiful Suit" or "A Moonlight Fable"

This is a game adaptation of the unusual 1909 short story "A Moonlight Fable," later retitled "A Beautiful Suit," and was written by well-known science fiction author H. G. Wells.  This interactive version of the story was developed in 2023 over the course of three days for 1-BIT JAM. 

Use the directional keys to explore the world and progress the story to its mysterious finality.

All assets (art, music, design) by Tyler Wright.  The Bitsy game engine was utilized to realize this tiny game vision.
