Jabberwocky
The "Jabberwocky" nonsense verse was originally released in Lewis Carroll's "Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There" (1871), detailing one boy's adventure in the mysterious Tulgey Wood. This visual novel adaptation captures the essence of the original work but takes a few strange detours along the way. There are a total of five possible endings.

I wish there’s a restart/retry button to make it easier to see all endings, but it’s easy enough to reload the page, I suppose.
I’ve always been fond of fairytale retellings. I like this, and the hand-drawn style images add a nice touch. Some cool ambience/SFX too!
I think I have gotten all endings but one. When I return to the village (after slaying Jabberwock), choosing East gives me the screen to SOUTH instead.
Thank you for playing! :) I respect your feedback as a fellow fan of the Jabberwocky poem and am honored that you gave it a go.
I had trouble implementing a retry button and I agree that it really hurts the experience. You've inspired me to revisit the game and see about adding that finishing touch.
Have a mimsy day!
